                    tranexamic acid 500 mg.
colitrex-m  tablets contains tranexamic acid
that may slow the bleeding and mefenamic
acid that reduces pain. in this way, it may act to lighten the burden of the menstrual 
cycle.
tranexamic acid is about 10 times more 
potect in vitro than aminocaproic acid and
binds more strongly. tranexamic acid reduse
menstrual blood loss and is a possible 
alternative to surgery in menorrhagia. mefenamic acid is used to relieve moderately server pain, such as muscular aches and pains, menstrual cramps, headaches.
colitrex- m tablet is used in the treatment of bleeding 
it is used to prevent or reduse bleeding for short period of time in conditions like heavy periods, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, nosebleed, tooth removal, after prostate surgery or after bladder surgery.
